4. You will learn to create a chording rhythm pattern with your left hand, made out of the piano chords you learn, which you can use on a thousand different songs the rest of your life. If you like gospel music, you can use it on Amazing Grace, and a thousand other hymns or other Christian music (Actually -- any kind of "popular" piano music). (The only kind of piano music you shouldn't use it on is classical). You will learn to do this "swing bass" technique in both 3/4 and 4/4 time (and all the other variations). Then you will learn a left-hand technique called "arpeggios" -- where you'll "stretch out" the chord into a beautiful and full orchestral sound -- great for ballads, love songs, certain praise & worship songs, etc.

5. You will learn a wonderful "harmonizing trick" you can do using piano chords. It's very easy to do, but adds a "duet effect' to your right hand melodies. (If you sing, or play another instrument, you can apply this technique to that as well!)

6. You will learn how to "fill up the empty spaces" in a song with echoes, fills, and runs -- all made out of piano chords. 6th Day: You will learn how to "harmonize the melody" in your right hand by adding 3rds and 6ths below the melody for a "duet" sound. (It's very easy to do, but not many piano players know about it!)

7th Day: You'll learn how to play arpeggios ( arpeggios are piano chords that have been "stretched out") in the left hand for a beautiful flowing "orchestral" effect. If you want your playing to sound full and luscious, you will want to learn this technique for sure! (Great for love songs, praise songs, etc.)

8th Day: You'll learn how to add "meat" to the melody for a bigger, fuller sound by plugging in piano chords under the melody in your right hand. Most people that use chords only use them in their left hand -- but you'll learn to use chords in both hands!

9th Day: You'll learn how to "fill in all those empty spaces" in the music by adding runs and fillers of various sorts, such as "straddles", "echos", "tinkles", "rapid-fire runs", and "cascading waterfall runs".

10th Day: And finally, you'll learn how to arrange a song from start to finish by putting a "front door" (intro) on a song and a "back door" (ending) on a song to give it a professional feel.
